OCD - Poem

Hello! Kieran here! I have a poem for you!

OCD

The light is flickering, the noise is too loud

One, two, pause.. three. One, two, pause… three.

The noise imitates one of a crowd.

I could to two and then pause before three as I count the light flickers I see.

Wash my hands for 30 seconds, no more no less.

Oops, went over 30 seconds gotta do it again.

There are four buttons on my straightener I have to press.

Oh no, only pressed three. Gotta do it over again.

Three pencils, two sharpies, one post it pad, 30 papers

Oops, lost a pencil

Oops, can’t fine it

I’m gonna cry I messed it up again

I keep messing it up, God I’m spiraling
