Non-Binary Experiences in UK

This report details the findings of a 2015 survey, run by the Scottish Trans Alliance, completed by participants in the UK who identify as non-binary.

The three main areas focused on includes experiences using services, employment, and views on legal recognition. There is a lack of existing research into the experiences and views of specifically non-binary people.

This report aims to improve the gap in existing knowledge and demonstrate that non-binary people in the UK are facing specific detriment.

The report is presented in mainly quantitative findings as percentages, but expanded on using qualitative responses to highlight the participants voices.
