News : Asian Hate Crimes PSA

This is a Warning! if you tend to get

upset when hearing about hate and

mistreatment then this post may not

be quite suitable for you. Although, I

did keep it as community friendly as

possible, it still mentions negative &

human mistreating content within it.

This is also the reason as to why I’m

not going to link any sources. If any

one would like to do more research

they will have to do it on their own.

Hello! This is an important blog.

I am aware that amino is not the

best platform to share said news

but, this is the only place I could

write on in order to try and raise

awareness. Thank you if you read

through. Though, before I go on,

I would like to state that I am not

Asian however, I don’t need to be

in order to speak for our brothers

and sisters. We are humans, that

are currently living a pandemic in

2021 and so far we’ve seen racism

increasing instead of finally putting

an end to these vile actions of hate.

I wish I could’ve made a PSA for the

#blm too but I didn’t manage to, I’ll

do better from now on and try to do

stuff more frequently when it comes

to such important situations, though.

As of lately, there has unfortunately

been a lot of violence towards Asian

people just for being from Asia. I’m

not going to get into details as what

has been happening is graphic and

not suitable to be talked within this

community. The media hasn’t been

actively showing the news because

apparently, they don’t consider the

incidents as news worthy. There has

been no proper awareness of what’s

going on in the world currently and

that Asian people are receiving not

only hate but physical mistreatment

too. It’s going on in the streets and

it is scary that majority of people do

not know that this is happening now.

You can help by sharing and talking

about it to make more people aware.

Possibly post it on social media so

more people can see it. Even if you

don’t have a large page, somebody

will see it and it’s worth doing so!!

That’s the issue I wanted to talk

about. I genuinely hope for this

to stop truly, truly soon.. Thank
