Hello, it's Eny and this poem is something that I thought about. Back in the day, LGBTQ+ was considered wrong, it still is but people are starting to accept us. That didn't mean some people were feeling "normal" so people needed to hide who they love or wanted to be.
I love you!
It's finally 1888 the year of freedom.
That's what we said.
We are me and you.
It has always been us.
No one else.
We grew up together.
We learned together.
We played together.
We fell together...
Fell for each other.
It's wrong.
I shouldn't be feeling this way.
I should be having a wife.
I should be having a child.
I should be liking girls.
But I like you.
You look so pretty in a suit.
You look so pretty in a dress.
You look so pretty in everything you wear.
We were kids at the time.
You acted like a girl and I was your husband.
But that's the thing.
I want to be your husband.
I don't want to marry the girl next door.
I want to marry you.
I want to be with you.
I want to love you.
But it's wrong.
It's wrong liking you.
It's wrong loving you.
Everything is wrong.
I don't like her.
I like you.
And you like me too.
