    1. You are the only one online. There has been a small swarm of trolls that have just entered the community. One is spamming the feed and the other spamming chats with innapropriate content. What is your course of action?

A. For me, I will talk to them calmly to understand what I want to convey to them. because a problem cannot be fixed if you talk to the person when you are angry, first talk to those who violated the rules of the community, that the next time they do the forbidden things in the community again they will be removed from the community, everything will be done calmly conversation

A. After I close their GC, I will try to chat with them privately, and discuss the reason for closing their GC. and I will talk to them as much as possible, don't let it happen again.

A. First I will find out who they are, and I will ask what is going on.. and if I know they are not calm, I will talk to them privately. while I calm the other one down, I will talk properly with the other one involved in the conflict. there is no problem that cannot be solved calmly.

A. the first thing I will do is talk to them and ask why their conversation went to such questions? right? because something that started with a bad conversation, believe me it will go straight, because you let your conversation focus on that. and in the end I will try to fix them. If they don't agree in the conversation, I will talk to the leaders about that matter and what I should do.

A. I think that won't happen, because I'm not a quarrelsome person. A. For me, if a staff has done something wrong here in the community, the first thing I will talk to is the person who is fighting or complaining about a staff, I will listen to his side first, and when he is done explaining, I will talk to the staff, and I will also let Let him explain his side, when it's ok, I'll talk to both of them and ask for forgiveness for what happened. life is short. should just enjoy it.
