Hey y’all! I participated in the April Buddy System Challenge and am now going to tell you all about my wonderful buddy: Anne!
Anne is 14, uses she/her pronouns, and is bisexual (maybe-sexuality is confusing after all). She’s from Canada, and was very disappointed when Justin Trudeau didn’t legalize weed there on 4/20. Anne is a figure skater who likes dogs, drawing, and Stranger Things. When’s she older, she wants to have a job related to art, as it is her favorite subject in school. If Anne could implement any new law, she would implement laws putting regulations on how many hours/days schools can operate each week. Anne is also a huge fan of Bob Ross, who she thinks is a legend (he is a legend)! Anne recently finished Yuri on Ice and is now a huge fan of the show because of its characters, it’s opening, and it’s relatively accurate portrayal of skating. She is also a connoisseur of memes and n i c e.
In a game of questions, we found out we had a shared love of Bob Ross, the most legendary man to ever exist. He brings happiness and goodness to the world. We agreed that if everyone was like Bob Ross, the world would be a much better place.
We also discovered a shared love for Yuri on Ice. We came to the conclusion that the opening is fire, Yuri and Victor are meant to be, all of the characters are bizarre in the best way possible, and that Makkachin is the most precious anime dog ever.
In addition, we discussed n i c e, which entails numbers such as 69 and 420. At the time of this conversation, Anne, being the legend that she is, had nearly 69 followers which is very n i c e. Unfortuantley for both of us, we kept on missing 4:20.
In the course of our converserations, we came up with a new school system: School will only last from 6 PM to 8 PM and the only classes will be anime class, n i c e class, and Bob Ross class. We believe this will make our world 100% better.
Additionally, in our conversation about Yuri on Ice, we both lamented the fact that Season 2 wasn’t going to be coming for a long while. In our anger and sadness, we both decided that the solution to this problem would be to start rioting in the streets with sharpened skate blades. We also decided that if, season 2 didn’t come soon, we’d make our own season 2 starring the new avengers: Yuri, who has the power of g a y, Victor, who has the power of n i c e, and Chris, who has the power of l o v e.

I had a really good experience! I loved talking to Anne and over all had a really fun time. I would 100% do it again! It was really great getting to meet someone new.
