i have use amino since the age of 7 - 10 which was common yes I know I was introduce to amino at a very young age and I shouldn’t be on amino back then, however I didn’t know it back then when the age limit was 13 of age and I only realize it when one reveal their age and got ban for being too young and I realize it the hard way so yeah I decided to not be active on amino for a while. I had one old but that was gone and this is my new one and main one I am using I have been on amino ever since 2013 to 2017 and I change s on 2019 when I lost the main one and this was created but I didn’t lgbtq right away.
► Tell us a bit about yourself,Including your flaws!
well I am pretty much a care free person who never once gotten angry before but easily stressed out, I am a opened minded person who is always free to share opinions and also listen to someone’s concerns voicing their issues.
I don’t have much flaws since I can be a boring person that much but I am working on improving that and to be not so boring, I am actually thinking of perhaps of taking vocal lessons and going to classes to learn to sing as I love singing.

we choose you?
I would like to be a curator to learn more about moderation of course and expand myself as a understand the importants of the role of being a curator. What I can offer as a curator safe space to speak to, help with event planning, post PSA’s , interact with and be a person they can come to anytime and of course guidance. You don’t have to choose me as a curator if I am not qualified to be a curator then I am not qualified if I am then I am it all depends on the staff team.

curator experiences?
yes I have been moderating since 2013 to 2019 so for a long time now, I don’t know how many years that was but I have been a moderation for a while now however even if I do have an experience, doesn’t mean I am fully experienced I am applying to expand and learn more about the roles and why it is important along with understanding the roles and learning from the other staffs.

1. You are the only one online. There has been a small swarm of trolls that have just entered the community. One is spamming the feed and the other spamming chats with innapropriate content. What is your course of action?
I will have to hide all the contents and warn them however if it is getting out of hand I will have to get the leaders involve along with explaining on what is happening, as a curator I cannot do much but hide contents and disable blogs and post and warn . However I will be letting the staffs know about the troll if there is another curator online I will be letting them know and we will disable all blogs from those trolls until a leader comes online to manage the rest.
2. You have disabled a post for being considered as spam. They are not happy and are starting to harass you and call you names. How do you handle the situation?
first of all I am not the type to lose my patience if they are not happy with it then they have to deal with it, but aggression towards a curator will be a warning and I will be explaining the reason why their post have been disabled as they violated the guidelines.
3. You are moderating a chat/post, and you see an altercation between 2 or more . What's your course of action?
I will have to put the chatroom in view only mode and I will be giving those a warning, pulling them directly into dm and I will each individually speak to them in private to at least know what happen soon I will bring this to the other staff attention for vote of what action we take as a staff, for the post I will have to delete comments and give them a warning and I will be bringing it to the staffs attention.
4. A member is asking for your help with a situation in their PMs about someone asking innapropriate things. They have evidence to their claim. What do you do?
I will thank the member for their report, and bring this to the attention of the other staffs along with the evidence provided to me, we will discuss about the situation and soon vote on what action we will take for this, I would basically vote for a strike and a 3hrs mute as it is considered strike worthy but I will also go with any of the staffs decisions.
5. What would you do if you had a fight with another curator?
first I will not be repeating myself, second if I did end up fighting with another curator then it’s not worth it if a situation is worth fighting over with a fellow curator I would have to say just agree or let the agent decide instead of overstepping and kept the fighting going on as I am one not to fight with another staff at all.
all I can do as a curator working with others is to make peace and work together with them understand their own POV of why they think “ this “ or “ that “ especially their opinion the only thing that will lead to a fight is because you wouldn’t be considered of their opinions or feelings when they have been with you, all I can do is just drop the fight and just agree or have the agent decide or the higher ups.
6. What would you do if you had a fight with a leader?
having a fight with a leader is a different situation as they can easily put you on the spot, my only answer to this is the same just agree on something or let the agent decide on what to do instead of escalating the fight and heat situation even more.
7. What would you do if a member has been posting about sensitive, triggering topics?
I will be disabling those posts, giving the ember a direct warning and explaining to them what they have violated within the guidelines.
8. You get a report about member of staff abusing their power. How would you approach this situation?
I will be dming the agent and discussing this matter with the agent specifically letting them know about the situation of what is happening and the abuse of power of another staff member allowing the agent to decide on what to do.
9. You see a chat/post with people saying negative things about staff/a certain staff member, do you do?
I will be disabling the posts and I will directly dm the member who have posted that giving them a warning, and that they have violated the guidelines breaking one of the rules as harassment towards the staff team is still not allowed and we are only doing our job.
this matter will be brought to the rest of the staff team and will be explained what was going on, we can soon discuss the matter and what action we shall take for this situation.
10. You see a curator leaking sensitive information to a member. What do you do?
I will be letting the agent know about this, I will be warning that curator that they have violated the guidelines and have been leaking sensitive topics which goes against the guidelines I will be discussing this matter with the leaders and agent(higher) ups and vote what actions to be taken or let the agent decide.
