how did meditating go for you today?
It was very calming! It was a nice way for me to wind down before bed.

It definitely was! I really enjoyed meditating today. It helped me sleep a lot better I think, despite me going to bed super late.
has meditating helped you feel more relaxed?
As i stated before, i would say yes! I felt a lot more relaxed and it was nice to try and let my mind relax from the business of the day before me.

how did meditating go for you today?
It went really well! I would have forgotten my tv was on if I didn’t wake up to a YouTube ad, actually. The sleep meditation was nice! I really enjoyed it!

Definitely! I didn’t think that it would be that helpful considering I was up late but it actually did which was nice :)
has meditating helped you feel more relaxed?
For sure! I fell asleep pretty early on into the meditation. I was VERY relaxed to say the least.

how did meditating go for you today?
Just like the night before, it went pretty well! I really enjoyed it.
was meditating today helpful?
I would definitely say so! It especially helped me focus on my breathing to let my brain calm down enough to sleep. I tend to have my mind wander a lot, so it was nice to have something to help with that.
has meditating helped you feel more relaxed?
As I briefly stated before, it did help me relax! I really enjoyed it! I hope to do it again tomorrow night.

how did meditating go for you today?
It went okay. I’ve been sick the past few days so it was hard to pluck up the courage to meditate.
was meditating today helpful?
Not as helpful as it was earlier on in the week, but it was nice in practice.
has meditating helped you feel more relaxed?
Not today unfortunately. I was too distracted focusing on my ear ache + chronic illness symptoms to really focus too hard. Hopefully it goes better in the future!
if meditating hasn’t helped, do you have any suggestions on what would help today?
Maybe a hot bath, tea, journaling, etc. There are many different ways for me to get my emotions out before bed, so practicing mindfulness without meditating could be a good way to help whenever meditation doesn’t work for me.
will you continue to meditate?
I think I will! I’ve found that meditating before bed really helps me fall asleep, especially if I’ve been on my phone or anything beforehand.
