Midnight nights,

Midnight Days,

My frosted windows,

Falling snow lurking beside my bedroom.

In the middle of the night,

I went to meet the midnight.

Where the sun was down and sleeping,

Children dreaming without meaning.

I searched for the sunset with peeking eyes,

but all I found was the moon in the sky.

Midnight nights, searching to meet the midnight,

Dozing off to sleep.

In the narrow neighborhood,

In the rainy backwoods.

Searching for the midnight, searching for the dead of night,

The more and more I sit and write.

Midnight nights and midnight days,

Yearning to search and find my way.

I was inspired by images of the stars & sky and snow.
