I don't know how many of you are familiar with Chinese culture, but I feel like lion dance and dragon dance are quite famous and popular across all media!
In my school I participate in the lion dance extracurricular activity and it's one of my favorite ones besides basketball that I often play.
Since I don't know if many of you saw lion dancing before and it's one of my favorite things I decided to share it here to let you all see how pretty it is!

LION DANCING!!!!! pleaseeeee this is so freaking cool that’s absolutely amazing????? this year i watched a couple shows for the first time in years for chinese new year and i was so glad i did, i forgot how much i absolutely loved it 🤞🤞was it hard to learn? i can imagine it being tiring and the amount of precision and trust needed is surely to be great- i would love to hear more about your experiences pls (not forced obviously) :sob: 🫶🫶
Heyyy! Thanks for appreciating it so much! I've been doing it for quite a while since I was a child I was enrolled into Chinese martial arts and then picked this up because it was also available. It is quite fun, now it's not as tiring as it used to be at the start now it just comes naturally to me. The partner I do it with now has been with me in my previous as well as this school so it's quite a close bond with a lot of trust so we aren't afraid to try out new things because we got used to one another for a long time! I don't mind talking more about my experience if you have any more questions!
