How do you handle PE as a trans person? I could really use some advice.
Because I think it’s pretty gruesome at times (as I’m still closeted), and it isn’t very LGBTQ+ friendly In general either. But everyone are allowed to use private wardrobes if we want too, so that’s good.

If your teacher makes your class split up into boys and girls go on the side you identify as. I know it might be tuff but it will be ok.
At the school I went to, we had the same PE uniform for both the girls and the guys. Yeah, we were still divided when it came to locker rooms and some activities, but outfits were never a problem.
There were bathrooms within the women's locker room, so I would change there. If anyone asked I'd just give them the excuse that I don't like being seen in my underwear--it's really not their business anyway though.
If you can't bear changing in your biological sex's locker room, change in a bathroom. But really, you just have to bear with it. School ends eventually.
