Managed a video call with my boyfriend for the first time. He ended up being more nervous than I was, which made sense considering what he wanted to tell me. He started off by telling me how he believes we're meant to be together and that no matter what, he will always love me. He then showed me a ring he had gotten me. It's a promise ring, just to be clear. I genuinely do love him and can see a future with him, but even I think it's way too soon for an engagement.
