This application seems to be slow going huh?

1. Link 3 posts you think are feature worthy (not your own and not previously featured ones).

For this I was think on wether or not I should give details as to why I believe they are feature worthy however I’ll just put what they are and let you read them to find out for yourselves!!

2. What do you think makes a post feature worthy?

For a post to be feature worthy I believe it should be eye catching with an aesthetic to capture one’s attention. Details about the post if it’s art just details about the piece and what it means to you. If it is a news post or information post as long as of course it has a little aesthetic and lots information with links to the sources of where they got their information. And all poems are amazing as long as they have a cover image to compliment the poem it is feature worthy to me.

3. Most importantly, why do you want to be a part of this team?

To annoy the leaders of course… Bwahahaha just kidding >:)

I want to to help out the feature team and possibly other teams in the future this won’t be my first time going into staff so I would really just like to get back to knowing everyone and helping out where I can!

4. If you see a post that might be feature worthy but isn't quite there yet, how would you proceed with fixing it?

Letting the creator of said post know by either commenting on the post or messaging them directly to let them know what they can do to make it feature worthy.

5. What types of blogs, in your opinion, do you not feature?

Blogs such as introductions, inappropriate posts, posts that have no meaning or value behind them such as a post saying “wanna be friends?”, or any types of triggering posts that do not have a trigger warning and why it may be triggering at the the top of the post.

6. How would you handle a post that could be triggering?

If it doesn’t have a trigger warning in the post I would comment on the post or message the person letting them know they should add one and let a curator/leader know so they are aware of the post.

7. What do you do if a member doesn't respond to your offer for featuring their post?

(For example, you need them to fix something, you message them, and they don't respond.)

Comment on their post asking there as well if they don’t reply then I would simply move on and hope they do but won’t push if they don’t reply either way.
