Introduction

Hello, my name is Amy and I'm a 15 years old girl from . My hobbies include photographing, writing and reading.

I have two cats, but my favorite animal is the desert fox.

My favorite season is autumn, because I prefer colder weather during the day and in my opinion the colored leaves look nice.

The timezone of my country is CET/CEST.

Scenarios

Posts have been up for hours but you aren’t sure if they violate the amino guidelines, what do you do?

If this would occur, I would read through the guidelines again, to check if the post should be taken down or not.

In case this didn't help me, I would ask another staff member if they could help me, so I can be sure about whether the post violates the guidelines or not.

What would you do if you see a curator not sorting out an inappropriate situation, but In fact encouraging it.

I would take Screenshots, as proof, of it and send them to another curator or a leader.

In addition to that I would also send them the link of the chat or the post in which the problem occurs, so they can take care of it.

In a groupchat are bullying another member, what do you do as someone part of staff.

I would try to stop the bullies by talking to them about what they've done and how it violates the guidelines.

Secondly I'd report the bullies to a leader or a curator, so they get a punishment.

Lastly I'd check if the bullied member is alright.

What do you do if someone mocks you and doesn't listen to what you say if they violate the guidelines in a chatroom?

If it would be my chatroom I would kick them out and take screenshots of the messages they sent, so I can provide proof of the problem, if someone asks for it.

Additionally, I'd send the member a warning.

If the problem gets out of hand I'd ask another staff member to help me sort it out.

You see a post which doesn’t violate the guidelines but has hurtful comments, what do you do?

In this scenario I'd message the who commented the hurtful things and tell them to stay appropriate and stop commenting those kinds of things. I'd also tell them that if they're caught doing this again they would really get in trouble and not just get a warning.

I'd take screenshots as proof, too.

After that I'd message the author of the post and ask them if they're okay and tell them, if they don't know it, how to delete the comments.

A member is harassing you because you asked if they could keep it appropriate, what do you do?

I'd take screenshots of the conversation and report the member to a leader or curator.

With the screenshots I'd be able to prove that this really happened.

Another option would be that I let another staff member the chat of me and the member, so they can help me with sorting things out.
