I’m a Gemini and a Proud Hufflepuff! I love to write fanfictions and to spend time with friends, my flaws include sometimes getting into trouble.

The reason I would like to be a curator is because I would bring loyalty, kindness, and leadership to the team.

Yes, in real life being an officer for one of my school organizations and on multiple Aminos.

Scenarios

1. You are the only one online. There has been a small swarm of trolls that have just entered the community. One is spamming the feed and the other spamming chats with innapropriate content. What is your course of action?

My course of action would be give the trolls 3 warnings and if they continue doing it again, even if I gave them 3 warnings, I would kick them from the chat and ban them from the Amino as a whole eventually.

2. You have disabled a post for being considered spam. They are not happy, and are starting to harass you and call you names. How do you handle the situation?

I would ask them to stop, and if they continue doing it again and don’t stop, I would give that person 1 strike for a warning and if they continue doing it again, I would report it to a leader.

3. You are moderating a chat/post, and you see an altercation between 2 or more . What's your course of action?

I would try to solve it as soon as possible. If the altercation gets worse, I would either report it to a leader or get the chat/post disabled

4. A member is asking for your help with a situation in their PMs about someone asking sexual/inappropriate things and or sending them. They have evidence to their claim. What do you do?

I would first give the person who sent the evidence a talk about if they continue to send those type of things again, I would give the person who sent that type of stuff a strike for a warning.

5. What would you do if you had a fight with another curator?

I would try to handle the situation as smoothly as possible so there wouldn’t be any altercations

I would try to handle the situation as smooth as possible so there wouldn’t be any problems in the future.

7. What would you do if a member has been posting about sensitive topics, such as suicide, or depression?

I would first give them a warning and if they continue to do it again, even if they had 3 warnings/strikes, ban them from the Amino eventually.

8. You get a report a member of staff is abusing their power. How would you approach this situation?

I would handle with grace and talk to the other curators and leaders about the situation and deciding if we should take the curator/leader position away from that particular person.

9. You see a chat/post with people saying negative things about staff/a certain staff member what do you do?

I would disable the post immediately and give the chat a warning before I disable it, as a whole

10. You see a curator leaking information to a member. What do you do?

I would tell the curator to stop before reporting them to a leader and then I would have a talk with the curators and leaders about the situation.
