:black_small_square: Hello, I am Aidan and I'm also Bisexual but that's not really a personality trait so in fairness that's not relevant. I enjoy reading in my spare time although I used to read more, I still do it when I get the chance. I also enjoy creative writing or just writing in general. I am in the Creative Writing club at my school, so I guess you can say I sort of take it seriously. I also really enjoy writing posts on here a lot, hense the reason I ed Editors Alliance.

:black_small_square: I would like to be curator because I am ionate for this amino, and since I love making posts, why not apply for a position that would put me in a spot where I can help better this community? As for what I can offer? Well, I am a hard worker who will continue to push out content for this community, and be helpful to all around me. Also, I can keep a certain my cool, at all times. If someone is yelling at me trying to provoke a fight, I don't engage, and normally either calmly talk with them or ignore them. It is also of note that I have some incite in how the whole process of moderating goes and can really make a difference. Also, i can really step up and be stern and serious when need be.

:black_small_square: Apart from being on the editors Alliance, I have no prior leader/curator experience on any amino community.

Pride.

I would say this is feature worthy because it goes in depth into pride. I reflected a lot of myself in it, never really being sure if I was a real er for not being into showing off my pride. It lead to me being really insecure and I am still insecure about showing off any sort of pride. I believe a lot of people could relate to me saying that which is the reason for my posting it.

From Doubt to Confidence

As a rule of thumb for my blog posts, I try to keep them relatable. Relatable meaning a wide range of people can view and see themselves in it because I believe that sort of representation is important. With this, I wanted to share my story of figuring things out and realizing whole new things which I think lots of people go through. I put a lot of myself into that post in the hopes it would show someone, they are not alone.

Bisexual Puns

I would chose this as a feature worthy post for a completely different reason. I feel as if the LGBT community produces a lot of dark content (not saying it's bad, just sometimes, I like to read some things that lighten my mood). I made this post in the hopes that it would make someone laugh. Or at least brighten there day. It adds a light touch to the LGBT community.

You have disabled a post for being considered spam. They are not happy, and are starting to harass you and call you names. How do you handle the situation?

If they start to harrase me, I would give them a strike for being abusive on here, considering that shouldn’t be tolerated. If they were to continue to harrase me or anyone else, I would temp ban them for violating the community guidelines.

2.

You are moderating a chat/post, and you see an altercation between 2 or more . What’s your course of action?

I would tell them to knock it off, or take it into their PMs because they’re disrupting the environment. If they persist in fighting, I would give them a strike hoping that would be enough for them to stop.

3.

A member has come to you with a report about another member bullying and harassing them. But they do not have the evidence to back their claim. How do you approach the situation?

I could ask if they could get some proof of this person harrasing them but unfortunately, without evidence, I cannot take action against the accused.

4.

A member is asking for your help with a situation in their PMs about someone asking sexual/innapropriate things and or sending them. They have evidence to their claim. What do you do?

If that were the case, I would immediately ban the member accused, assuming the person accusing has evidence. It is unacceptable in this community, as there are minors here.

5.

You are the only one online. There has been a small swarm of trolls that have just entered the community. 1 is spamming the feed and the other spamming chats with innapropriate content. What is your course of action?

Any post spamming the feed would be disabled, and if the person continues to spam, I would mute them. As for the chats, I would mute the person spamming.

6.
