I write occasionally, sometimes I post them on here. I'm generally easygoing, if I'm feeling agitated, I'll take a break so I don't act on my emotions. I hope I'll be given a chance to show my growth since the last time I applied.

➹ Tell us why you'd like to be a curator and what you can offer to the team. Why should we choose you?

This community made me realize my strong sense of responsibility for trying to keep the peace. I think I'd be a good curator because I know what to report or hide since I'm also in the Welcoming Gang. People also sometimes pm me to send reports even though I'm not a .

I've been told that I've gotten better at handling situations since last time.

I have experience as a curator in several communities and I have experience in this community with the same position.

I was unaware of the three word rule when I made my first post.

1. You are the only one online. There has been a small swarm of trolls that have just entered the community. One is spamming the feed and the other spamming chats with innapropriate content. What is your course of action?

I will take screenshots of the spam in the feed and the chat, kick the (s) from the chat and take the profile link before sending it to a leader.

2. You have disabled a post for being considered spam. They are not happy, and are starting to harass you and call you names. How do you handle the situation?

I will try to calmly resolve the situation myself. If they persist, I will inform a leader about it.

3. You are moderating a chat/post, and you see an altercation between 2 or more . What's your course of action?

I will ask them to take it to pms. If they continue, I will suggest blocking them and if they refuse again I will give them a warning.

4. A member is asking for your help with a situation in their PMs about someone asking sexual/innapropriate things and or sending them. They have evidence to their claim. What do you do?

I will ask for the evidence and the profile link and send it to a leader before comforting them if it affected them in a negative way.

5. What would you do if you had a fight with another curator?

I would try to resolve it so it didn't affect my work with the rest of the team.

6. What would you do if you had a fight with a leader?

I would stand aside since I don't have experience, in the unlikely event that I argued with a leader.

7. What would you do if a member has been posting about sensitive topics, such as suicide, or depression?

I would disable the post and pm the member about it and advise them to use trigger warnings in the future.

8. You get a report a member of staff is abusing their power. How would you approach this situation?

I will ask for proof if there is any and inform a leader.

9. You see a chat/post with people saying negative things about staff/a certain staff member what do you do?

I will refer them to a leader or me in pms if they have constructive criticism on staff/ a staff member.

10. You see a curator leaking information to a member. What do you do?

Take screenshots and inform a leader.
