Considering top surgery

For a while i have been extremely dysphoric and it made me start considering getting top surgery. I identify as bigender but am a man most of the time. I hate the constant dysphoria when i can see my boobs. I feel it would be better to have the manly chest that i want most of the time and then occasionally when i feel like a girl i can just stuff a bra or just wear girl clothes and have no tits. I was wondering if any other bigender or genderfulid people have gone through top surgery? Did u regret it or was it worth it?
