I think I knew that I was bi when I was in 4th grade. I had this crush on a guy, but suddenly I also had a crush on a girl. I wanted to tell my friend and mom, but I just couldn't. I did tell my friend, but the next day I said it was a joke because I was scared. As the years went by I got new crushes and new friends. Most of those friends were queer and they all thought that I was gay. I kept shutting them down because it was funny. Eventually I sent my best friend a meme that said I put the bi in bitch and her dense ass didn't pick up on it. My pan friend and now partner put their sharpies in the form of the pan flag and I did it in the bi flag. They put three little dots in those colors on my arm and I showed my transmasc bi friend and they freaked out.
I told my mom whenever she was kind of tipsy and asked me if I would tell her if I was dating anybody and then I told he about my partner. I've never really told anybody about my genderfluidity, but I don't find it very necessary. I'm not out to anybody but most of my friends and my mom, but it's ok.
