the time, I have no problem in

so as to not cause any drama

and we can solve it by talking.

I would try to remain calm and be

patient. however, if I can't control

my feelings, I would take a step

back to take a breather. I'd try to

see the situation from the other

welcomer's perspective so that I

can better understand what they

are saying and why they feel that

way. I would then ask to take the

issue to PMs so we can discuss

privately and resolve the   issue

by communicating. I would try

to remain as open-minded as I

possibly can because   there is

the possibility that I'm the one

who is in the wrong in the issue.

the welcoming team is one of the

first people to interact with new

and I'd love to be able

to be one of those people who

introduce the new to

the community. I also spend a lot

of time in the community and I'd

love to use it productively (on top

of the feature cult, as I still have

that extra time) and give back to

the community in some sort of a

way. it would give me the chance

to lend a hand to the staff as well

which is always nice. ing the

welcoming team also seems like

a fun challenge which I'm always

up for, not to mention that I'd love

to work with all of the amazing

welcomers that I have met so far.
