language : English,

I have been using lgbt+ amino for about 5 of months.

stats:

I am a 15 year old male, I consider myself exceptionally mature for my age, people have told me I'm an overall good person, and I know from experience I am great at handling certain situations. I do sometimes read scenarios the wrong way and interpret comments the wrong way, but I am getting better at it.

I would like to become a curator so I can help keep the lgbt+ amino community a safe place for all s. I am a good listener and I am alway happy to help people even if they just need to chat. I think I should be chosen as a curator as I can assess a situation quickly and sort it out before it escalates. I am very aware of the rules and guidelines of the app and I know what's right and wrong. I am also aware of what I need to look out for.

I do not have and prior curator or leader experience.

I have broken a guideline in the lgbt+ amino community, I sent a inappropriate message to a friend on private message.

I am a kind, affectionate and caring person plus I always take people's feelings into . I am gentle but I can be tough and take charge when I need to. I am not judgemental and I'm always open to suggestions on how I can improve my ways of helping people

Senairos

1. In a situation like this I would have to go through and pinpoint all the trolls, depending on my powers as a curator I would remove them from the chats and if deemed necessary ban them from amino.

2. I would tell them that they are breaking the guidelines and being unkind and tell them to stop. If they continue to act like that this is will report them to a superior.

3. I will first assess the situation, and calmly place myself in between the and find the root of the problem. Then I sort out the altercation and see who is to be punished.

4. Firstly I take a look at the messages and if they are indeed against the guidelines, I will give them a strike, and then tell the member to block them.

5. I wouldn't have a fight with another curator, but if one did start to arise I would analyse the situation and see what I can do to stop it before it escalates. I would tell them that we are here to help the people of this app and not cause more problems.

6. if I had a fight with a leader. depending on what happened I would private message them and see if I could sort it out from there. If I was in the wrong I would own up and I hope the will as well.

7. if a member is posting about suicide or sensitive topics, I would private message them and see what's wrong, I wouldnt talk to them as a curator but as a much needed friend. If I think there posts maybe be effecting other I would as them to remove it, if they don't I would get it taken down. If I think they are suicidal I would tell them to talk to an adult or ask them to call a suicide line.

8. First I would see if the accusations are correct. If they are I would ask the member of staff why they are doing what they are and I'd ask them to stop. If they don't stop I would report them to a superior member and hopefully they will be dealt with. If there are no leaders online I would do the best course of action. which would be to use my powers as a curator to get them to stop.

9. When seeing the post if it's against the guidelines I would get it removed and if it was in a chat I would ask the person/people why they are being unkind. Depending on the severity of the situation the would get a warning not to do It again. If they were being mean to the staff member because that staff member was also breaking the guidelines or being mean I would report the staff member.

10.
