You can not write your love story
without a recipient waiting for you
Tapping the keys to define their glory
will only make you look like a fool
Don't leave your feelings attached
to an unreliable imagination, please
You could reach a broken branch,
if you climb too high with only dreams
Your fall will leave you damaged
in hopes you love, this last time
But, enduring a heart so famished
could cause you to be blind
So, attach your feelings to reality
with love that is effortlessly requited
You deserve to be left with sanity
As you climb with love and guidance
