It's the end of the month and leadership decided to take this time to appreciate the staff teams of this amino that work hard on a daily basis, to keep this amino safe and fun to be in!

Each leader has written a short paragraph about each team to appreciate and thank them for their work.

Jenny

Yall are amazing and I love each of you guys. I appreciate you all. You guys are so driven and hard working for the amino I greatly ire that. You guys are a talented group I consider myself lucky working with you all. Yall deal with so much as curators, hate from , angry comments and remarks, and your personal lifes. Yet you guys always bring a light that's irreplaceable to staff. You guys are amazing and keep being you.

Mumma

Curators deal with some shit, yet they still come online everyday and work their hardest. I’m proud of each and every one of you. The hard work and the effort you put into the amino is amazing. You all are so sweet and hardworking. I’m glad I get to work with such amazing people.

Nate

Now first of all, I don’t know you guys very well. I tend to be rather busy with Journalists and Editors and posting my own casual posts occasionally. I’m sorry about that, I only spoke to some of you, but I can tell that you are all lovely people. When I became a curator, I didn’t chat at all, I only modded. But I love seeing you guys chat though! Communication is very important for a team and you’re doing this part very well. Curators see a lot on a daily basis, lots of stuff I could have lived without having seen if possible. But they handle it really well, and I’m proud of them for that. I myself wasn’t one for the curator life, I prefer sub team work much more, so I’m glad there’s amazing people like you, doing such a good job at it and working so hard for this amino! Without you, it would be full of spam and nasty stuff, so thank you for dealing with all this.

You do a hell of a lot for the amino and it isn't an easy job you guys do. You all work as a team extremely well and are awesome to work with, thank you so much for all you do and for volunteering to do this. Just dont forget to take care of yourselves too, physically and mentally!

Firstly I love you guys. Yall are an amazing motivated group of individuals and I appreciate the work you guys put in. Your job is one of the most important as the posts you guys choose is the first see when they come onto our amino and you guys never fail to bring the best content consistently day in and day out. Yall work so well together as a team I am so grateful for you guys.

Yall also work so hard, you guys find the posts create and help them get noticed. You all seem really happy to help the amino and you are a important part to this amino. You help award the by doing best posts as well, your meetings always seem to go on for such a long time lmao since you guys discuss the posts. Yall are really hard working, keep it up.

From all the teams on this amino, this is the only one that I’ve never been in. I did apply once, but they didn’t choose me :(. Anyway, thank you for being on a lookout for the best content of this amino, I’ve always got a smile on my face, when I see you suggesting my posts to be featured. You’re making a lot of people happy on a daily basis and you deserve recognition for that. Ya’ll seem like a really friendly, reliable bunch of people that I’d love to see more about. Thank you for making this community the colourful and friendly place that it looks like right now!

You guys are one hell of a team each day and each night you guys are there to welcome who come into our amino and give them all the help they need. With the nice and mean you guys never fail to be there for eachother and eachother. I love you all and I ire you guys. You are not only a team but a family. I love chatting with you guys and seeing cute animal pictures you send in the chat it never ceases to bring a smile to my face. Keep working hard guys you are all doing amazing.

Welcoming, you’re such a cool and an amazing team, I’m proud to call myself your leader. You guys work really hard, and you don’t stop. Every week you guys impress me with the hard work you do. When I see the welcoming team, I get a nostalgic feeling reminding me of how I ed almost a year ago (my staff anniversary is on the 3rd of April :see_no_evil: ). I loved this team when I was in it and I still love it to this point. The welcoming team is one of the teams that people usually , because they think it is easy, but I’ve seen those people work day and night just to welcome the of this community. Welcoming is hard, but also rewarding. The feeling you get when a member thanks you for welcoming them is the best thing ever. So, I wanted to take this time to thank each and everyone of the that still work hard on that team now. I miss you guys; it’s been amazing working with you and I’m glad you still seem to be doing well. Take care of each other and keep chatting in that team chat of yours, communication is key.

You're all super organized and awesome people. Extremely quick to welcome our new , I have rarely seen a new member without a welcome message, if I have it hasn't been for long. You take time out of your day to be nice people, that's a really awesome thing to do, a bit of niceness goes a long way.

You all been through a journey together and never once you guys gave up. I love the effort and time you guys put into your team. You guys have ion and I love it. Through the transition you guys never left or gave up. Not alot of people can do that but you guys stayed and kept trying for one another. I'm truly amazed by you all and proud of each and every one of you guys. I love you all. You guys work hard to bring 2 posts and a challenge out for the amino. You guys are a talented group of individuals.

Editors and events you’re such a great team! You all work really hard and I ire that. You have to make so many posts and the posts are always such great content. You guys really provide for the amino and without you guys he feature wall would be pretty dead sometimes and we’d have barley any challenges. Keep up the hard work!

I took over this team from Jenny just a little while ago and it’s been an entirely new experience for me. I actually find it funny, that I ended up being the leader of this team, as I didn’t really have much interest in it before, but when Jenny suggested it, I wanted to try! I didn’t know much about the team before, so I had to change things up a bit and make them make sense for me. But I have to say, since I’ve ed, I loved every second of leading you guys. Just ask Jenny, I’ve been super hyped for our first meeting together! Your posts are amazing, and they never lack in quality, even though you get two out in a week. That’s an incredible amount and requires lots of effort. I love chatting with some of you about your new post ideas and encouraging you to do them. Trust in yourself, because I can tell you’re a talented bunch, creating incredible content for this community and you never cease to impress me. Let’s continue working together as a team and helping each other grow. Thank you for keeping up with me!

Never a lackluster post from you lot, the effort that goes into the posts produced is awesome! You always have ideas for challenges and posts and are rather creative, both idea and presentation wise. If I'm ever lacking ideas I know I can ask you all and I'm very happy to be working with you all.

I love the thought process and communication we have with one another. Its irreplaceable. You guys work every week to bring new and amazing ideas to the amino and you guys never quit. Its irable. I couldnt ask for a better team of journalist. Keep doing what you're doing it's amazing.

I was apart of journalists for about a month, that was stressful, you guys have to do so much, with the takeover and then chronicles. The posts always look great, especially the aesthetics, you guys communicate well during meetings to help come up with the takeovers, you guys are really creative. You’re an awesome team!

Again, surprising to me that I ended up in the two post creating teams of this amino XD. When I was made a leader, Jenny assigned me to be one of the leaders of this team, and to be honest, I was really scared at first. You’re such a creative team and I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with you guys. Well that fear turned into amazement and respect for the team. Getting used to posting a takeover and a chronicles part each week was hard. But I enjoy doing them with you guys now and seeing how you improved on each post! The same applies to the Chronicles, they have changed a lot since I’ve ed, and I love every addition we add to it together. I absolutely love this team and our meetings with all the ideas floating around. Let’s continue making this amino more colourful with our takeovers and informative with our chronicles. Keep up the great work!

The takeovers and chronicles are always a sight to see on the feed and feature page. They're always well put together and hold a lot of information or just straight up awesome stuff. Another team full of ideas that shares knowledge and creativity for the amino to see that I'm glad I know.

You guys are an amazing team I am so happy for how we are as a team leading together. I never been so comfortable to talk and bring ideas for our amino before. I love the surprise meetings we have and I love the casual conversations we can have together in a serious meeting. I know transitioning between agents and the first few weeks was rough and I'm so greatful that you guys stuck by me and we are here now. I cant wait for the more ideas we come up with together. I love you guys.

You all work hard and care lots for your teams. You guys care so much for your teams that you stress about it all the time, you all are so sweet and caring. The way you guys care for one another, it really proves how well teams can run with caring leaders and you 3 are great examples of it. You guys should be proud of what you do.

Nate

Leadership hm… I would say that we are the glue that holds our team together, but I guess it’s more fitting to say that it’s the whole team doing that. Though a team can die with non-active leaders. I’ve seen it happen and it’s an awful thing, so I strongly encourage the hard work I see from you guys that you put into your teams. I’d like to say we are all on good and that’s also why we can have casual conversations together and figure stuff out together. Like in all the other teams, leaders can’t be good leaders if they don’t ask each other for advice and work together to improve things. Thank you for giving me advise with my teams and trusting in my opinion and judgment to give you advise as well. that if you need help with your teams, I’m always going to be there for you, even when I’m really busy, I’ll get the time out of my day to help ya’ll. And I’d like to think you’d do the same for me. I love the we give each other, so let’s continue making this amino a better place for everyone.

Although we may have our differences and varying stances, I'm extremely glad I get to lead alongside you all. I've seen how much work goes into this amino from you all and that you all want the best for this place. There's a lot of organization that is involved in this role and I'd like to thank you all for the effort you've put into them.
