Are you currently working it on to something? Like
avoiding excessively alcoholic drinking, cigarettes or
other things because you want to live your life more
healthier? Whatever that is I know it's very hard and
never been easy.
Let me share this with ya'll it might be a motivation
for you to keep improving it.
So I'm finally quit smoking I've been a smoker for
5years, and yes it's true. How do I achieved that?
Whenever I decided to quit something i always put
that as my priority and set as a goal. Also knowing
the difference between what will be the good
benefits if i stop it and what will be the bad benefits
if I continue it.
Don't ever say you cannot do it, If you dont even
try first. It's not that easy process it lessen day by
day. Let's say usually you consumed 5 or more
cigarettes a day, try 4 cigarettes in a week
and then change it the other week some people
using vape I tried that and it works both. Until I get
used to it. Try to Identify the things that make you to
smoke, including specific situations, activities,
feelings, and people. It's tempting get out of that
distract yourself remind why you quit.
So what's stopping you? If you will try this...
"They said quitting is only for the weak"
I dont believe on that because not quitting while
it's not good anymore it makes you even more weaker.
Yeah smoking is cool I it that but this is not the
way how you look cool to others because you are a
smoker, but putting yourself in a situation that can
cause risk. Physically and mentally you should
probably think about to change habits.
It's you personally quitting it because you decided
for your own good. I'm not saying everyone should
stop or quit their habits they just need to do it in
moderation. Health check first taking care with
yourself is a must :yellow_heart:
I'm really just happy and proud one of my goals now
are completed. Which is quitting smoking and it
really feel so good actually yay! :ok_hand: 🏻
