Hey guys it's me the brick boss here and today will be taking a look at the infinity gauntlets honestly these are definitely some great icon sets and definitely cannot wait to take a look at both of them there was a third kind of hand in the line of the hand builds which was the Wolverine claw but I'm not really a huge X-Men fan so I did not pick it up for my personal collection what the two Infinity gauntlets work for me pretty well and cannot wait to take a look at both of them so without further ado let's get started on our first set the infinity gauntlet
this set does not come with any minifigures. This set is made in Chrome gold pretty much all of it is except for the few parts of that are in the dark tan coloring. The build has four fingers in a thumb which is great sometimes models like this don't get that kind of detail they'll usually skip out on a finger or so it's very nice to see that they didn't have to skip out on it. The Infinity Stones don't really have a whole lot to them they're a couple of pieces on to show that they they exist I don't find that to be great I kind of thought there would be more to it but unfortunately there wasn't. Now it be in a solid Chrome gold is interesting again it looks really nice I definitely love the way it turned out and he's definitely one of the reasons why it's my favorite of the two Infinity gauntlets. This as well does have the stand as well which looks nice it does have a little plaque that says the infinity saga Infinity gauntlet. But honestly they did an amazing job on recreating this and definitely is a great icon to have in your collection. But other than that there's not really any Play features to this it's just a perfectly good display piece. So without further ado let's move on to the price per piece. This has 590 pieces and retails for $99 Canadian. Last set we're going to be taking a look at is the Nano gauntlet
this set has no minifigures. The build is similar to The Infinity gauntlet but uses the other hand which looks nice it is in pretty much complete red with little bits of accent of just the normal gold and quite a bit of chrome silvthe Now the build for this is a little bit different than the previous one we looked for this one I feel has more depth to it definitely the curving of The gauntlet is done differently almost more seamless than the previous one the Chrome silver makes it definitely pop more than the just plain gold on the gauntlet. I definitely think at this point the Nano gauntle is great again it does also have the stand just like the others gauntlet it looks really nice and it does have the plot that says the infinity saga Nano gauntlet I do find that to be nice they don't have to do it but it is a nice touch every time and the fact that the plaques are printed is amazing as well. I definitely think the Nano gauntlet turned out amazingly but my only complaint is I feel that the gold part should have been the Chrome gold like The Infinity gauntlet. But that's all I have for this so let's move on to the price per piece. This set has 675 pieces and retails for $89 canadian. Now let's move on to my final thoughts.
Honestly these sets together work really well especially the fact that the ones the the Nano gauntlet is the right hand and The Infinity gauntlet is the left hand. I think that's really cool the fact that you can have both hands and not just the one. Unfortunately with the Wolverine claw you only had the one hand so you weren't going to be able to have something to go along with the other hand. I think that's a missed opportunity and they will probably never fix that because it has retired at this point. But honestly I would definitely recommend these two for the icons line if you're looking for something to add if you have Thor's hammer or the captain America shield.
