The witch is a skinny girl who appears to be either 18 or in her early 20s she has soul piercing red eyes and long claw like fingers.

Any special traits?: Yes the witch will not attack if so long as you don't startle her. She can be startled by you being to close. Shooting her. Shining a light at her. Or using pipe bombs and stuff like that on her or close to her

Background:(note this is not the official background this is just my theory on what happened) the witch most likely suffered from Anorexia nervosa which is a eating disorder that causes the person to think they are too fat. Which leads to not eating or taking diets. She also most likely suffered from depression and mood swings. When the virus took effect it had to deal with these and created and adapted a new strain of virus I call X
