Here are a few pointers to the changes we've made lately, as it might inspire you:
- Introduced the VIP module to League Amino
- Created an LA Official with VIP subscription
- Opened the LA Shop & subscriptions to LA Official finance rewards for the whole community
- Introduced Weekend Challenges with increasing Coin Rewards
- Started awarding Amino Coins for outstanding featured blogs
- Enforced the PG Rule in the community; racial slurs, etc. are even more strictly prohibited in Public from now on
- An April Fools Event

Do you think that multi-language official chats could actually be a thing somr day? Like German/Spanish/Italian chatrooms?
Because we have other Aminos of said languages probably not but if someone wanted to do that and speak English still that’s perfectly fine
We can do that, sure, but the content will still be English and those people will still be forced to talk English if the chat rules state so.

I think the LA Staff can definitely improve. Starting by encouraging them to get up and work again, with motivation in mind. Besides that, a few people actually actively work on improving this place and if the rest would see these people as some type of role models, then I think it'd be sufficient.
I definitely think the LA community can improve, too. I actually answered a similar question to that down below, so I'll copy-paste it here since I'd say the same thing:
I really like the things this community can do, if only they wanted. For example, I've seen a bunch of folks literally working with each other's creations; making stories for their OCs, making fanart for it, etc.
Besides that, the people can be fun to be around with and I'd say it's a neat place most of the time.
I'd like to change the lack of motivation from our community though. Many even think we are the ones trying to discourage them from blogging, but we really don't want that at all. We want to encourage you guys to keep expressing yourselves in your blogs and make content you find fun. However, almost everybody here has lost hope in the community and the drive to make something out of this place with loads of potential. Nowadays, new changes mean (for me at least) loads of Trashtalk from not having faith in any moves we make to try to make this place better for everyone. If only we could work together and have some drive again, I think we'd flourish ad a community.
What are your plans for the future of this Amino? Are you going to it more, try to recruit more people, or just general changes here that might be useful? One thing I miss was the op.gg tag that used to be here. It’s quick and I can search stuff up quickly without going to internet explorer or chrome and having to wait decades for it to load.
We definitely want to make the Amino grow much more. To achieve that, changes will be made of course. If you've got any idea for a change we could make to be more effective with that, please don't hesitate to let us know!
