What do these mean?

Hi Leader Amino folk, me and my staff were wondering what do these TA mod actions mean? We keep seeing them pop up in the mod history from time to time but are unsure what they did.

We have a guess about the quality content being high meaning that the overall community content is being noted as good quality, but what is this compared to? Their standards of good content or is it compared to other aminos? Or do they mean the content on the Featured feed specifically?
