Every morning we wake up and go about our day as if it's routine. CRIB abt your work or boss. Complain abt the coffee/getting up late. This is something too normal? Well don't make it normal.

Stop that.

Once you Wake up - - - start practicing affirmation  and gratitude. Say your affirmation and gratitude.

I am loved and I am surrounded with positivity. Add more of choicest affirmations to turnaround your day in an amazing day.

Basically it's training  your mind (we are not fully awake and this influence your mind. Mind training for positiveness around you.) Changes will be gradual that you won't even notice your life has shifted tremendously. I say fortnight you will see the effect of things changing and your overall perspective towards them.

Utilise it in better things like meditation, yoga or even cooking breakfast but stay away from mobile phone. Try it, it will only enrich your life.
