What are limiting beliefs.
Limiting beliefs are the things we believe about ourselves or the world around us.For an example a person might believe they are “not enough ”just because they did some mistakes.
Most of them came from childhood because these are the days when our subconscious is more accepting of outer sources
Limiting beliefs are not necessary true,thats why they are called “beliefs”and not facts.
All limiting beliefs starts with a thought
They make us believe that some things are inevitable,when in fact,things can change
Limiting beliefs makes it hard to attract the things we want
So,how do i get rid of them?
Step 1:Become aware of your limiting beliefs
Becoming aware of your limiting beliefs is the first step to overcome them.
Now,I want you to write something,either on your phone’s note,on a notebook or on just a piece of paper,or whatever else you can think of as long as you’re typing or writing.
Think about what you want to manifest,and ask yourself why you believe it can’t happen!Just write whatever comes to your mind.
I give you an example because you probably like examples and i do too.
Lets say you want to manifest a money
Your limiting beliefs could be like;
Money doesn’t come easily
Money is evil
All rich people are greedy
...
Example 2:Manifesting a boyfriend/girlfriend
There aren’t any good people here
I am too ugly for someone to like me
Boys suck
...
Notice especially the sentences that begin with...
I can’t
I never
I suck at
I wish
I want
I don’t have
I’m trying to
You can make them
I can
I am awesome at
I am
I have
I’m manifesting
Step 2:Become aware of what you are gaining from these beliefs
Now,this might be a different thing you’ve never heard or thought about before.
What if i told you that,by listening to these beliefs,you gain some benefit from them?Mainly comfort and safety?
Maybe not always but it’s definitely a thing you should consider
Time for examples!
Example 1:You are depressed
Chances are by feeling awful,you don’t have to work hard and do your responsibilities,which makes your more comfortable.It makes you to not move forward in life and face life’s possible failures.It gets you attention because people come and check you.
Example 2:You suck at relationships
By feeling this way,you get your freedom,you don’t have to commit,you are not risking being heartbroken.
So I’m saying that some,if not all,beliefs cause you to play it safe,not risking getting hurt.
So consider if there are some “benefits” you get from these limiting beliefs.

Step 3:Get rid of your limiting beliefs
Now look at the list of your limiting beliefs and what you “benefit”from them.
Look at the benefits,and thank them for trying to protect you,to keep you safe,but tell them that you don’t need them anymore.
Then,replace all of your beliefs to something positive that will benefit you to make your life better.
Examples:money is hard to make=>money flows to me easily from all the sources
I suck at singing=>I am gifted with singing
Feel the joy,power and excitement of stepping into your who you truly are and who you will become.
Imagine those limiting beliefs leaving your body and much better and positive beliefs stepping in.
Breathe out the old story
Breathe in the new.
Step 4:Get a move on
Once you done all of that
Take action
Example:If you’re depressed stop listening to depressing music,stop talking about how awful you feel.Instead focus on the good things that makes your life better.
Step 5:Get out of your routine
Do something you wouldn’t normally do,you’ll never know when an amazing opportunity would show itself.
Let go of the negativity
If something bad happens even after you done all the things you were supposed to do,dont let some negativity to discourage you and make you wanna give up and go back to that deep dark hole.
Feel it,learn from it,let it go and get back to focusing on the life you’re excited to live
