I hope not!!!! I read on websites that it isn't possible luckily but is it really true? I am mentally ill and when I was hearing voices I was angry too and I listened return to sender video :/ I am scared that the video works. They don't manifest because I was mentally ill and angry right? I am still mentally ill, I hear voices everyday.
Can you manifest bad things for others?

It is indeed true, with scripting, visualization, affirmation and just law of assumption that they're suffering. Hopefully no one uses manifestation for that
