Hello I'm looking for someone to play Cyno from Genshin Impact for my oc and I'm open to double ups ^^ my plot will my a slow burning romance/mystery/ action

Backstory: Karina would travel across the different nations of Teyvat, even explored the desert part of Sumeru before arriving in Sumeru city a year later, Karina was in awe at the sight of Sumeru City, .. just as someone was in awe with her,upon seeing her. After Karina politely rejected an man from the akademiya...the man was furious and did something no one thought was possible for a mortal, is she still alive? What has the man from the akademiya done?
Abilities details:Karina was a cryo with a very unique power due to the history of her family. Karina would use a purple polearm that had a blue butterfly design going up the pole.
Karina basic attack would have two forms. The first form was ice Imprisonment, when using her Cryo ability. The ground would turn to ice in a circular shape before chains made of solid ice would come from the ice covered ground and latch onto the opponent and pull them down to their knees and even giving them a mild case of frostbite to any exposed skin.
Second form would be called Icy Shower, when using this form Karina would create some ice crystals in the sky by freezing the moisture in the air and shaping them into medium size shards before launching them towards the ground at her opponent.
Ultimate would be Karina summoning up to four large white Tigers who had a blue aura around them showing they were spirits, even though they were spirits they could still do heavy damage to an opponent by shredding them with their claws or their frosty roar could temporarily freeze the opponent body and leave a nasty chill once the ice broke.
Plot: Cyno would be assigned a task by the Grand Sage to find a woman who had stolen something precious from the akademiya, with nothing more then a vague description of her looks and outfit. The young woman in question would be wearing black Cargo Pants,Black Crop top and black boots. The facial features included pale fair skin, ocean blue eyes and long silver hair.
When Cyno finds this woman he is to retrieve the stolen item and bring the thief back for judgment, but he would soon find out his task was not going to be an easy one, for many mysteries and times of confusion awaited him that he wasn't prepared for.
