hi hi! this is my seventh ppwm, and this green-themed letter is going to my wonderful penpal, audrey! i really enjoy nature/plant themes, so i loved making this letter!

i was inspired by some green stationery i own that reminded me of the outdoors/nature, so i went with a green/plant theme for this letter!

↳ i love the way this penpal came out because i think green is a very refreshing and calm color. it’s not too bright or too dull and everything came together nicely!

↳ i made this envelope by layering different memos, paper, and pictures, and then decorating! i think it came out nicely and i once again enjoyed working with green stationery to fit everything together :)

↳ the letter is the first part of the penpal i make, which is where i draw a lot of my inspiration from. i lay out all my stationery that relates to the theme i’m going for, and then layer things from there. a lot of the times, i begin by getting out the color(s) i want to use, which in this case was green. then a i develop a theme from it, like plants.

↳ i made the playlist card by drawing and cutting out a green leaf, and then gluing it to some card stock and writing the songs on the other side. the t.o.t was done simply on a memo taped to a green piece of paper. i use this method a lot for this section of the letter. it’s not hard and all you need is paper!! for the q&a, i used three pieces of paper, and doubled the titles as covers for when i folded them up :)
