Hello lovelies! For our first large ote, I will leave it open to everyone.

I will give you a person to mail to depending on your favorite bands

I will try to give you someone who loves your bias group, but some will get another group they like instead of their bias

COMMENT YOUR TOP THREE BIAS GROUPS AND YOUR BIASES FROM THEM :cherry_blossom:

MAILING DUE DATE IS JULY 30TH

Guidelines:

:cherry_blossom: Open internationally: let me know if you need your partners national

:cherry_blossom: Comment your answers to sign up

:cherry_blossom: Send me your address in a private message to ensure privacy

:cherry_blossom: Partners will be a secret (surprise! Leave your amino name in your letter so they can find you!)

:cherry_blossom: You will have one person, but they will have someone else

:cherry_blossom: Sign up by Sunday, July 19th

:cherry_blossom: Partners will be handed out on July 23rd

:cherry_blossom: Letters must be mailed out by July 30th

:cherry_blossom: Notify me when your letter is sent with a picture of your completed letter inside envelope (just a picture of the envelope ready to mail, basically)

What I need from you:

:cherry_blossom: Comment that you’re participating with your top three groups and your biases for each group

:cherry_blossom: Specifications if any (national only, e-Penpal only, etc.)

:cherry_blossom: Message me your address

:cherry_blossom: Once you receive your person and are ready to mail your letter, send me the finished photo for guarantee that it’s being sent

What I’m doing:

:cherry_blossom: Collecting your addresses to give you your person

:cherry_blossom: Deciding on your person based on your bias groups

:cherry_blossom: ing out persons

:cherry_blossom: Receiving messages of mailing confirmations

[CI] :cherry_blossom: Sending reminders for those who haven’t sent me mail confirmations two days before the due date

:cherry_blossom: Mailing letters to those whose persons didn’t send one

If you commit then can’t complete, or your person commits but you don’t receive one:

:cherry_blossom: Only if your are sure you can send, but if something comes up don’t feel bad

:cherry_blossom: Let me know if you cannot mail for whatever reason

:cherry_blossom: If you cannot mail, I will mail to your person so they are not left out

:cherry_blossom: If I do not receive a mail confirmation o will send a letter to assure everyone receives one

What do I need to include in my letter?

:cherry_blossom: The letter, of course. Nothing specific really needed to be in it, but it can be about your bias group that you were matched to that person with

:cherry_blossom: Detail card about you: just things your person might find interesting so they can get to know you a bit. Include your amino name!

:cherry_blossom: Some extras! This is open to interpretation, as you can add anything extra you want. It is a must though, so some people aren’t receiving some while other aren’t . You don’t have to put ten million things, but a few :relaxed:
