JP Task: Number 5 -> "Strain report to Reisi Munakata"

Greetings and welcome!

This post is about the 5th JP Task on the JP Task Board. And of course, the Mod Team is inviting everyone, from writers to roleplayers, to participate!

INSTRUCTIONS

-In case of "RP Logs", each individual roleplayer will be rewarded. However, make sure to link the s of the said roleplayers in your post.

Description:

"You're asked to meet Reisi Munakata in his office as a citizen who experienced the effect of a strain first hand. What was their ability, and how would the blue encounter go?"

This task asks that the participants have to create a scenario where your character, a civilian, reports their encounter with a Strain at the Scepter 4 HQ. In here, the participants also have to describe the power of the Strain.
