Day 4: Favorite OTP(s)?

Well, that’s pretty easy. I’d have to say SaruMi and MikoRei. I love SaruMi because of the history behind it, because they both have years behind the relationship. It feels sweet and nice. Some people might say that they can’t love each other, Misaki hates Saruhiko, but I beg to differ. I don’t think he hates him. Not exactly. I think he’s angry and hurt. His best, and really only, friend just up and left him for no reason. (He was unaware of what Saruhiko was going through. He wasn’t being mean or stupid or blind, just oblivious). And I don’t think Saruhiko hates Misaki either. It feels more like a sort of....obsession. He’s stated himself that he even wants Misaki’s attention, so....yeah.

As for MikoRei, it’s another ship I enjoy. Again, some might say the two Kings hate each other, but I really don’t think that true. Honestly? I don’t know what exactly they feel for each other but I never get the feeling it’s hatred. I think they’re closer to friends or maybe rivals. I think Munakata may be frustrated with Mikoto, but I don’t think he hates him. And the same goes for Mikoto himself. I think he’s annoyed by the Blue King, but he has respect for him. It’s an interesting relationship to me and I think it goes a lot deeper than is obvious at first glance, which is why the ship is so appealing to me.
