tide and jewel head to the control area while there jewel looks at the withered nature around it

”who would do such a thing!? Hmmm”

”we are here”

tide looked through a bush to see a corrupted just standing there, while jewel looks at more of the withered surroundings terrified and disgusted

”tide how long has all this been like this?” She whispered to tide

”a really long time since scarlet war took over, making me become an orphan and have to hunt to survive....” tide whispered back

”what if scarlet war was the one I saw” jewel whispered

”most likely, but let’s investigate this corrupted for more info” tide whispered back

”on it” after jewel whispered that she goes to the corrupted slowly still hiding herself from them, tide following on the other side

the corrupted didn’t look like it was alive but once jewel and tide get close the corrupted says something

”day 167 the power point takeover was a success, and it is captured, but what will this do to us? How much control will we get, and why”

tide then puts ropes on them and they have no animation to them

”why do they look so dead?”

”idk, but this’ll be easy!!! Cmon let’s go back to the mall”

jewel was worried why the corrupted wasn’t moving

tide looked confused by her gasp that came out of nowhere

tide starts to take the corrupt back to the mall but jewel goes to look around

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?”

”looking for traps and stuff”

”fine but if you get corrupted I’m not coming back for you”

tide didn’t respond and just keeps taking the corrupt back to the mall
