As a team, have you encountered any difficulties, with each other, other teams from different Aminos or with something relatable to the JA?

With each other not really since we communicate to each other about issues. Most of us, have been on the staff team since almost the beginning of JA.

I do think a difficulty that we do have is getting our to be more active.

From other teams, there have been some trouble but that's all I'll comment on that.

How is the JA perceived by other Aminos?

Truth be told when I say that JA is really the only amino I use, so I cant really say how other aminos views us in recent time. But I know that back then some have said that we are a nice and friendly community.

Also, how well do you think we are spreading the love of JPOP to non-fans through this Amino?

You guys are just awesome at this. You know some non-fans that are kpop fans would ask where to start or ask for some songs recommendations and a lot of people would comment instantly. So I think that JA is doing a fantastic job at spreading the jpop love.

Even to those who are non-fans and non-kpop fans, the second theres a post asking for songs or artist to recommend everyone is ready to help from commenting to letting them get to know the .

So all in all you guys are just amazing at spreading the love for Jpop to non fans

How long have you been jpop fans? and what are some of your favorite group/soloists?

I first because a fan around 2006-2007. I stop for a while around 2010 and came back into it around 2014, then around 2016 again (I got into Kpop during that small gap).

What are three random facts about yourself?

-Despite the fact that I use Momoko as my name I hardly ever eat peaches.

-I hate reading unless it has pictures like manga, comics, manhua, etc.

-I am horrible at blogging and making edits. As you can see in my weekend challenges and the fact that I dont do my own edits T.T

I know this will be a bit of a weird question, but we all know how Japanese like to hide and make it extremely difficult to find info or watch a certain show.I hope this doesn't come across the wrong way.

Was there a moment when you ever felt like giving up on Jpop or thought it's not worth the effort?

There are no weird questions in my opinion. Always feel free to ask us anything.

Yes a lot of times to be honest and was one of the reasons why I stop getting into Jpop back in like 2010 (apart from having no internet at home).

It was extremely difficult for me to find anything and it didnt help that I only knew lyrics, but I didn't know Japanese or the fact that they had a different writing system.

it wasnt until I learned about vocaloid and VPNs that helped me get back into jpop and them with the help of Jasmine and Allision in showing me ways to find content that I was able to come back :3

What is your guys first group that got you into jpop?

If we are excluding Jrock and Visual Kei then I think it was LiSA, but including everything then Asian Kung-Fu Generation.

How do you come up with the challenges?

Going online and typing up online challenges once I look longer enough I get inspired to do something (usually very different from what I'm looking at) or just get a random idea while online. However if it's like seasonal or holidays I try to base my challenges to it so bring some spirit in.

Sometimes if no one has an idea we would also help each other by giving out some ideas or suggestions. Since we also have Weekend Challenge Ideas Wiki for any member that wants to suggest an idea :eyes: we do look thru these and sometimes pick which we will do.

If you could only recommend ONE Jpop song to someone who was interested, which song would you recommend and why?

Summer Time by MADKID they are currently my favorite group. I really like the song and MV because it gives me a refresh feeling. The beat isnt too fast nor too slow but makes you wanna dance to it a bit.

What do you think about the fact that Jpop is always compared to Kpop? Do you think they can be compared? and what makes jpop unique to you?

Honeslty I hate it, I hate it, I hate it because some people think that Jpop is trying to copy kpop or say that kpop has been around longer (which it hasn't Jpop started before kpop). I dont think they can be compared since Kpop is it's own genre and Jpop is as well. Apart from that people do try to compare the latest Kpop song with a (usually random) jpop song or an old song which makes it hard since you're comparing the latest hit with an old hit or a random song. I like and enjoy both genres, but they really cannot be compared to one another.

What makes jpop unique to me is the types of songs that they do like they're not your average song like they have this feel to it that's different from what I usually hear. I dont know how to explain it.

Are there any big plans for the JA that we can expect in the future?

Expect more challenges and hopefully we can do more collaborations with other aminos.

Is there a way you can make the teams competions more intense(the teams don’t feel as competitive)

Nope since Team Sakura has an upper advantage with having a lot of which makes it easier for their team to rack up some points. We could give out coins to each member of a team, but I think that will be too costly on uss, JA Staff (#TeamBroke).

So really unless Team Sakura stops accepting (which won't happen since should be able to choose their teams freely) or we are able to collect and give amino coins there really isnt another way :pensive: :pensive: :pensive:
