the 3rd & final task

So this would be an appreciation post for

the member that I represented throughout

this week, Hwang Yeji.

                 why do i love her

As   of current, Yeji is my   bias

wrecker and here's reasons why.

                     hidden weapon

                         In the show The Fan

                           she was called JYP's

                         hidden weapon and

                          there's a reason why.

She's almost capable of everything.

She's an amazing dancer, has great

vocals, and can rap too. In other

              words she's multi talented.

            Its hard finding artists with that type

                  of caliber, and Yeji is one of those

                  you'll see. (But everyone is owo)

            sheer determination

In the same show, there was a part where Yeji

hurt her back after practicing hard. If I was in

that situation I could've gave up and ran away

but its not a thing for our fantastic leader.

She performed and you can barely tell that

she's hurt. Although it was pretty obvious

during rehearsals, it seemed like it wasn't

during her performance stage. This is an

outstanding trait everyone should possess

Giving up won't always be an option for us

and what she had shown us will definitely

make you feel better and be more inspired

                   good leadership

As ITZY's leader, she never   disappointed.

She always looks out for her and

she's   very   ive to each of   them.

             adorable and funny

                       This is pretty self explanatory.

                      Yeji got this adorable lil smile

                      that I like which makes her

                      squint her eyes lol. She also

                      makes   her laugh

                      with     her    fun    personality

         why is she needed in itzy

Every group needs a great leader

to begin with. Yeji have shown

that she's born to lead a team.

She's aware of the pressure on

leading a rookie group and she

didn't show any sign of backing

down, hence becoming a leader.

Being called a hidden weapon

is an honor, but she didn't let

this go through her head. She

might be the group's ace, but

she didn't outshine everyone.

With   her   skills,   leadership   and

humility, ITZY will   be   in   tip-top

shape and it would feel like her

leadership will be sorely missed

when she's not around with   the

group so she's a pretty important

piece in this monster rookie group.

              team icy appreciation

Now this isn't part of the challenge, but

I just wanna say how lucky I am to get

to lead a group with amazing people

From the past two challenges, we were

a team with one goal and it gave fruitful

results. At first I thought maybe we'd

crumble   but   they proved me   wrong

I learned a lot from them and I hope they

had fun under my leadership. We won

together, lost together but we're still a

unit that can work together in harmony

Thanks to Sofia, Christie, Nafisa and Mint

for making my week fun and worthwhile.

Hope we can still team up for the future

challenges this community will bring, but

I guess this is it for now. Watch out for

them, they're a talented bunch of people
