Live Feature Update

hello lovely’s! in this blog, i’ll be

discussing the new feature as well

as potential concerns. so let’s

get into it! :eyes:

If you haven’t updated or haven’t

noticed, TA has recently collaborated

with kik, now allowing live streaming.

their are rumors stating kik now

owns amino, but I’m not entirely

positive about that so don’t quote me.

here’s what it looks like when you

enter a community now.

unfortunately there’s no way to disable

this feature, so at the moment we

all just kinda have to deal with it. I haven’t

watched any lives, but I’ve heard it’s

18+ content which contradicts with amino’s

13+ rules & this is why it’s a big problem

among amino. a member who works

for TA posted a Q&A post on leader

amino, & there’s over 300+ comments

complaining about this new update.

we’ll see if TA listens to anyone, it’s

rare now a days lol.

but I just wanted to inform ya’ll what was

happening. this isn’t the staff choosing

to allow this, we don’t have any control. :)
