QUESTIONS

➥Do you have any experience as a Curator?

If so, please elaborate.

I do not have experience as an actual curator but I do have leader experience. I have trained curators in my own amino on how things should be done. I would do the same thing they do and make sure I talk to the Moderating team before making any big decisions.

➥Why would you like to be a curator?

For the experience and to help those in need. I also want to be more involved with how the community is run. I believe it will be a great learning experience.

➥What kinds of changes do you think could be made in our community?

I believe the community in itself is very well managed and does not need many changes. But I do believe we need a more interactive aspect to the community so that people have the motivation to come back here. Have various community roleplay plots, that includes a status sheet. I believe having a story will help a lot of people decide on what to do and how their stories are going to turn out.

➥What would you say is one of your strengths? Why?

I am a very welcoming and kind person. I do not ignore people who have messaged me nor have I ever been mean or rude to a person here. I am considerate and would be willing to be there for anyone that needs someone to talk to. I'm also an artist, it's a strength cause yeah. Lol.

➥What would you say is one of your weaknesses? Why?

I'm not as active as most people. I do everyday but there isn't much for me to do on the community so I don't stay on as long.

➥Is there anything else you would like to share?

I really love the Inuyasha anime as well as this community. I hope I can do my best to make it fun and just as safe.

➥ if you’re going on hiatus/vacation/busy/school/gone for some time, would you tell us? how many days/weeks/months in advance would you tell us before your gone?

I would tell you a month or a week ahead. Depending on the circumstances maybe on the same day. (Example: hospitalization)

SITUATIONS

➥You notice a member is posting 18+ images. No leaders are on to ban or strike the member. What do you do now?

Disable it immediately, and give them a proper warning for sexual/inappropriate content. After alerting the moderating team, I will then explain to the person through private messaging as to why their post has been disabled and warn them not to do it in the future. Then I will send screenshots to the Moderation chat and wait to see what the leaders decide to do with the member.

➥A member insists another member is bullying and harassing her. She comes to you for help. What do you do?

I'll listen to their story, once they are finished (and if they have not shown proof) I will ask for evidence to confirm that they are not lying. But at the same time, I will try to calm them down and tell them I will do my best to get to the bottom of this situation. In order to find the bully, I will ask them for their link and I will private message them about a concern I have received from a member. Refraining from revealing their name for their safety. If the bully confirms and apologizes to the bullied or makes up then it's a good ending. If the bully continues, I will ask the bullied to block them and I will give them a warning for harassment.

➥What is your definition of “feature-worthy”?

Feature-worthy is a word used to describe a post as something that has been worked on really hard and the efforts show through. Be it an art piece, a story, or an edit. If it took time and if it was made with a lot of thought and effort then it is 'feature-worthy'.
