Raegen Finch Monroe #1 || 2023

Hello everyone!

I'm back again with some oc content, and today, I bring you all an old revamped oc!

Raegen - or Mocking Jay - was an oc I had created and abandoned back in 2018. She was a cat person oc before I eventually moved that idea onto Winter, and I never really connected with her back then, but recently, I decided to give her another shot and redesign her. She never really had a backstory, though, so I got to write her one!

Also, I decided to incorporate an aspect of her old design by giving her a jacket with a cat ear hoodie. She also loves cats, much like my newer Creepypasta oc, Rayne, but she doesn't really own any.

A fun fact for Raegen is that she tends to use barrels/drums to hide her victim's bodies after she murders them, and she stores these drums in an old abandoned warehouse. After a couple of months, she'll roll a barrel out somewhere and open the lid to dump the body before eventually searching for a new victim to stuff inside.
