A single massive trailer door swung open, and what stood waiting fearfully in darkness was a mare with a soft appaloosa coat, the world seemed to expand and settle before two gentle blue eyes. Stepping out onto the lush grass from a mares corral on MS Acres. A large stable loomed, imposing at first. but what the mare would soon learn was nothing but a grand haven for all equines of every shape and color. Hurt or healthy, her hooves trembled on the unfamiliar ground, being brought here so far from home, she didn't know if she could ever go back.

What and with how those strange, two legged creatures conspired, she wasn't going to adjust so easy. And knew that from the start.

But then, amidst the sea of unfamiliar faces, the mares gaze fell upon what appeared to be somewhat of a kindred spirit—

Up ahead, a young patient looking colt, halter training with a rider not so far in the distance, met with her own. His soft blue eyes held stories of open fields and clear skies, a silent promise as he tossed his head at her, perhaps a gesture of friendship? Too which she would return, In that moment, the mare stilled. Taking in all around her, the fluff on her chest contracted and expanded as she breathed out and in.

With a silent gaze, she tossed her head, with the gentle tug from rope to halter, took her first step forward into a newest chapter of her interesting new life♡.
