Return of the Tukatöns! (A breed PSA)

Okkkaay so this is a bit overdue, but. Needless to say, the Tukatöns have been floating around amino here for a little while now, and as the creator of this person project of a breed, have come to realize these tusk horses aren't quite represented in the way I first had in mind when creating them, with that, there is much new to share about these guys! And further updates will be COMING SOON!

So?

Well, onto the PSA!

What's new?

Tukatöns have been floating around amino for awhile now, but the organization has been messy, hard to follow, and I myself had a VERY difficult time tracking down where each Identifiable Tukatön has gone, you know what would be great? A discord group where all that jazz can be kept, and recorded! the Tukatöns now have an operational DeviantArt group! And 2 new ways to !

The new registry

You may now your Tukatön/'s through the brand new registry open on DeviantArt Linked here; The registry! HOWEVER, Following this, you may also your brand new or pre-existing Tukatöns through a thread in our discord server! It isn't quite new but it has been heavily, and thoroughly revamped throughout the last several months! be sure to have you're Tukatöns ed to participate in group events, shows, quests and more!

What does this meet for pre-existing AND ed Tukatöns ?

Quite frankly, as much as I hate to say this, any currently ed Tukatön will have to be re-ed! yes, I know, I apologize for all the paperwork coming in with this PSA hj/ but I simply don't have the time to go through and pull in the monocle and detective hat for a breed that's been on this amino almost as long as I have, they'll have to be re-ed! HOWEVER if they were approved before, they automatically have the right to be re-approved on the spot! Horray! :sparkles:

All you have to do is fill out the form, submit it in the discord,, OR deviantart registry, and boom! that's all! woohoo!

Breeding season

Breeding season, why be able to breed your Tukatön's once or twice every year? it's a long wait, and sometimes myself or staff likely won't have the time or energy to participate, host, and manage such conditions, sadly, starting today! Breeding season is No more! Tukatöns can now be bred at any time! Slots are STILL limited, but now you may use them once every 3 months! (you MAY use more than one at a time, but the default cooldown, is 3 months with every Tukatön bred! Mare or stallion!)

The new base

FOLLOWING the new registry, new updates, and ALL of that. Why not introduce a simple new base for all to have access too? Commissioned by my good friend; @Donis. the newest imports to be released will be ed on this FTU base! You may use it for foal designs, custom designs, beginners Tukatön design, and whatever else may be expressed in the time to come!

Breed staff auditions

SO. Needless enough to say, this is— way overdue, the last post I think I made regarding our staff was. almost a year ago, and results were never truly released! AH.

That- wasn't intended. and I sincerely apologize to those who took the time to fill out the forms, wait out the deadline, and receive complete MIA From me, It wasn't one of my finest moments.

That being said, people aren't perfect, mistakes happen, and new staff applications to help manage this breed will be open to all the coming few months!

These applications can be submitted in the correspondent channel within our discord server! Yay! These will be reviewed for the next 3 months, results will be posted (In a timely manner) within said discord! SO. Watch out and be prepared, hope to see you guys there.

Tukatön's on amino

FOLLOWING this PSA, The Tukatön amino wiki, registration, and rank system will no longer be valid! As new things are always in the works! and as I gradually bring these tusky equines to DeviantArt and Discord! Tukatöns may still be linked back to amino with the use of wikis!
