Its as the others said, the app has been going downhill since the golden days some years ago from 2016-2020 but it doesn't help Impact is really not that popular and mainstream these days, only Genshin and Star Rail trive, especially now that the Pt1 story ended and not many are interested in Pt2
It's saddening but it's the truth. Even rarer to find HI3 fans in other actually active and alive communities
The app is falling to pieces, which makes it difficult considering I haven't played HI3 in so long, so there's not much ion here.
From lack of notifications to issues when posting and even inability to update chats, the app has it all (ノ｀Д´)ノ彡┻━┻ Most of the time I can barely even enter the community due to errors.
Im afraid thats almost impossible due to the app being worse and worse peopoe mostly have left..
