they do, but the problem is incredibly rarely. sentis summer skin came out in summer 2021,and still has not had one rerun. hov has an ice queen skin that has not been rerun for years(tho this is bc no one uses hov anymore probably)

Or alternatively could wait for the outfits to be made available in LTO for the red outfit coupons or b chips but that could take years
