I was born in 1997 in Quebec, Canada, so currently will be 28 years of age when the September of 26th rolls around in 2023 of the year of our Lord. • Generally speaking, I think the three things that I enjoy the most is coffee, books, and peace and quiet. They are rather simplistic, but I think when your day is full of complex things and even more complex situations with people, you will simply want something nice and easy when you are trying to find rest.

I stand at roughly 179 cm, and I touch roughly 185 cm in heels, in of Imperial measurements that's 5'9, if I'm not mistaken and around 6'0 in heels. While I am not the tallest individual on my team, I do rival quite well, and for some my height is a showing for the needed respect.

Apparently, and very much appreciated, I've been told that I just smell like coffee, from everything from French Vanilla, Caramel Chocolate blends, Frappuccinos, to even just black plain coffee. Which, thinking about this, says a lot about my health.

I've been quoted to be a "Tall Cool Women in a Black Dress", and someone is overly smug and even abrasive at times, someone who can be extremely narcissistic, as well as someone who puts their job above everything and can even see people and coworkers as merely pawns in a greater picture. But no one who has the honor of working with or under me, or against my views can say that I don't get things done. Being of a mindset where even if all others fail that I can get it done, simply put, forces me into a position where I will be the one to take off my gloves and get my hands dirty.

To the question of "What am I doing here?" I respond with "Cleanin' up a mess" and to the retort of "with women and children?" I reply "They were leverage" and when they try the "they were hostages." I break things down very simply. "When you take the gloves off, you get blood on your hands. That's how it works." When the Prime Minister asks "where do I draw the line on it, sir?" I simply say "You draw the line wherever you need it, Mr. Prime Minister, but at the end of the day, someone has to make the enemy scared of the bloody fuckin dark. We get dirty and the world stays clean. That's the mission. Now if you're having second thoughts, then I'll do it on my own."

While being a strong willed individual, who places her work and her duties ahead of everything. For those who don't personally know her she is seen as disrespectful rude and sometimes even evil, and for the most part they would have a valid reasoning in saying those things. She's a quiet woman who lives alone with one cat in a two-bedroom apartment that is full of contemporary art, a single television that isn't ever used, a sofa that looks brand new, and a lazy boy that she takes her relaxation for. She can be accurately described as a hard ass that doesn't care about too many things except minding her own business, but that description only fits if you don't know what she does. At work she's a completely different person she's extremely outgoing and very demanding, she is a boss that takes care of business and business first and while she is strict she's also very understanding and she understands the importance of family and taking time to relax and not become overstressed. While other people may see her as a cunt of a boss, those who work under her more than understand where she is coming from and the importance of listening to her and obeying her instructions.

Now, to her mother and father, she is their world, their little girl who is doing what she can to make the world she lives in a better place. She is her Father's prodigy and the one who follows in his footsteps. She is a wise and intelligent woman who loves her family more than anything in the world and who will do anything that she can to protect them. Of course, she doesn't have to go out of the way as Government protective services have been provided.

With saying that, she is a kind soul, she has a legitimate heart and she wants to help others, which is why she is in the line of work she is in. She cares about those who are young and especially children, and while some say it's just a parental and maternal instinct, she truly does have a soft spot of children.

• Typically seen as extremely methodically focus, or someone who focuses on getting things done, Bell doesn't miss when it comes to getting the right call finished. Most of it comes from a military style childhood thanks to her Father, the rest comes from her attitude and how she views herself.

• While seen as very confident and charismatic, or generally someone who can speak to others and get information and loyalty from them; she knows how to work people, and more importantly what buttons to accurately push to find the things she is wanting.

• Being patient has its own perks, however when you have the patience of any militarized 'Ranger', you can sit and wait for days on end. Of course, as the saying goes, "Patience is a Virtue", and that virtue is tested everyday.

• From the opposing end of being extremely confident comes generally narcissistic attitudes that can show when her authority is challenged, or even when she is being corrected by a higher ranking official. While it doesn't happen often, because of the line of work, but if she fucks up, then it's more than just her head on the line; and when you add an attitude that is less than desirable when being addressed from someone who is paying you, it's never a great time.

• With the extremely methodical focus, abrasiveness comes with it quite quickly. While forcing herself into a mindset that keeps the job first and foremost, having those who work with and/or under her can be depressive as it may feel that you are simply being a pawn in a larger picture. To the saying, "there are always bigger fish to fry", it can be years of being instructed on day to day life as nothing more than a set of pawns that are lining a way to get one guy, one figurehead, and then collapse on the entire operation.

• Sadly, being nice doesn't get you far in the line of work of anything dealing with Security, so Bell doesn't have to much time to truly be "nice" and so she is typically seen as very cold. Distant to most, besides her cat and her parents, those who work with her can all generally agree that on most days, she is simply stated as being "cold". Of course, there is legitimate reasoning for this as she understands the importance of leverage on others, and the less amount of leverage those who want her gone has, the better.

Highly Intelligent

Isabella has an extremely high talent for extremely detailed and rapid cognitive thought processing, especially for all things that have to do with forensic science and human-factor engineering. With an estimated IQ around 230, she is able to find information through the human condition through finding the right questions for the right people. With generalized white and black hatting, depending on what side of the hack you are on, she is able to progressively use people to quickly get what she wants and what she needs through charismatic conversation styling and logistics.

Highly Athletic

Running track whenever she was in primary school and in University, as well as being raised in a military grounded household, Bell has nigh Olympic levels of fitness and athletic prowess. While most of this comes from her younger years of staying in shape, participating in Women's Multi-Martial Arts and Kick Boxing; she has continued these exercises as she has grown older. Of course with four years in the military and now four years in special operatives, she makes sure to keep very fit and very active as her job quite literally depends on it.

Military Training

When Bell was around the age of 14, she was taught the general basics of military life style and approaches to problems, to write them out, strategize, and to reason the way out of issues; and if reasoning something out, then you can take the gloves off.

From midschool to highschool, Bell took premilitary training given by the Canadian Army branch, as well as taking Social Intelligence classes in Military University, these classes would land her a rank of Lieutenant Junior Officer. She would serve for roughly four years om s of being promoted due to her Father retiring as a CSIS Agency member.

From these experiences, Bell learned how to operate, disassemble, and assemble a number of firearms, everything from the Russian Kalashnikov, the American M4 and M16, the British C8 Carbine, the AWM British Service Sniper Rifle, the American Barrett M82 Anti-Material Rifle, the German MP5KA1, to her personal favorite of the Remington 870 pump action shotgun. While she has experience with the AG36 grenade launcher and the Javelin Anti-tank guided missile, she won't be picking up these unless she is explicitly instructed to do so if she was reenlisted into the military.

Of course, being in the military requires training, both physical and mental. Mental Fortitude is one of the more extreme trainings to where the military takes you to your breaking point and builds you stronger just to continue to do it over and over again till you understand the type of life you will be having. To say that you will find yourself walking in full gear over a desert with little water and food for thirty seven hours straight is easy, would be me putting a bullet between your eyes.

However, due to these trainings and the Afgan war from of the UN, Bell learned a great deal of mentality and what it truly meant to be a leader. She learned very quickly what it meant to lose a team member and what mistakes would land her squads dead on the front line. And on sleepless nights, just how many cigarettes it takes to calm a racing mind.

Within the Military University, Methodical Approach is one of the first things taught, and as social engineering being the second, you need to learn how people operate and how to work people to your advantage to get information that is critical out of them. With methodically acting and working people, then you are able to solve larger scaled problems with a limited about of people that are all cooperatively working together. With that being said, lying or causing others to falsely believe things about you through going undercover for weeks, months, or even years can take its own tolls.

For sportsmanship, some Military Officers learn generalized sword combat prowess, and while most is simply for show, Bell has taken trips to West Asia to compete in tournaments of kendo and traveled down to Central Europe to compete in medieval sword combat and even horse back combat.

Super Computer Level of Information Retention

Bell possesses photographic memory at a general level of a super computer level of information review and retrieval, able to draw back information that was seen simply in a flash upwards of years and decades back. This being said, it takes a few moments to get back the information and she needs exactly what she is looking for, as the more details she can be told about what she is trying to , the faster she will find it.

Extreme Intuition

The term from chess of thinking five steps ahead of your opponent comes to mind here, Bell has the ability from generalized experience to understand where, what, why, and how her targets will move, run, hide, lay low, hold a base, and when pinned against the wall like a wild animal in a cage, attack. Using this she typically stays as far as she can in of planning for undercover operations.

However, of course, she isn't always correct, and when she isn't then she is the first to break down the situation at hand to regain the upper hand.

"Black Ops"

The term of Black Op, refers to operations that are completely dark in of Governmental paperwork. They operate behind the lines of law and often contain breaking the laws of their own country and the countries that they are operating in, and sometimes even break war crimes against humanity. Generally speaking, this is used to gain an upper hand in a war, and while they are still used today, they were primarily used in the Cold War between the US and Russia, and all of their proxy countries.

Bell operates under these 'rules' and 'guidelines' to protect and serve her country from those who wish to harm it by terroristic threatening as well as organized crime and pedophilic rings. Because she operates under the government, she has completed years of experience undergoing the same missions she sends people on, which involves staying in Russia, Iraq, United States, Korea, and Japan for months and learning the languages to social engineering and find connected rings.

Bell has a wide variety of weaponry, owning several fully automatic weapons that include a MP5, a PPSh, a M16, a M4A1, an AK-47, an AK-74, and FN SCAR. She also owns a few collectors items like the M82A1 Anti Material Rifle and while she wants a XM500 Barrett, she does not own one; she also owns a M79 Grenade Launcher and a decommissioned RPG-7. While these are not the only weapons she owns, they primarily stay inside her home locked behind a gun cabinet with a security lock on it.

For work, she always carries on her hip a M1911 chambered in .45 A. In her Z06 Corvette; that was shown off in the Ontario Provincial Police showcase on March 5th, 2023, she has three firearms, a Remington 870, a modified Sig XM7 chambered in .277 Fury, and a M4 carbine chambered in 5.56.

Bell also owns a 38 layered damascus steel sword that is merely used as a oriental sword as it is coated in platinum gold, it has an amethyst gemstone in the handle and the hilt has a curved plate for looks. While the sword is oriental and just for design it can kill as the blade is extremely sharp and extremely durable.

Born in Quebec Province, Montreal, Canada; Isabella would have no birth defects just the odd week late birth, she was a very healthy baby and after a few days she was cleared to be taken home. The early stages of her life were generally filled with educational purposes, learning shapes, colors, drawing and playing with blocks; she entered into the education system at age 8 and completed a normal styled child living for a grade schooler.

Her mother was a stay at home mom while her father served as the Assistant to the Head of Defense and Security of Canada and would come home for one to two months every three, but nevertheless, Bell had a good relationship to both her parents. In Junior High, she would the track and gymnastics teams and would begin to take steps towards a law enforcement career, or at least in her head. She wanted to help people and better yet she wanted to be able to chase down bad guys and stop them from beating up others, so with ing track and gymnastics, and whenever her father was home he would help her with weights.

Bell would take on the nickname of "Bell" in her ninth year of school, this would also be the year were she would enter in MMA, continuing her time in track and gymnastics going on to be the lead pick to be the star of the Junior varsity the follow year for track and field. In her home life, her Father's connections would allow her to take firearm training studies, and at the age of 16 she would become familiar to disassemble and reassemble all of the United States M4 Carbine variations; under the guide of the Canada military.

Highschool was roughly a breeze, she had always been a very good study without needing to study much, and so she spent most of her time dedicating herself to Track and Field, going into winning several medals her Senior year. Late into the Senior year she would take the Military enlistment exam and would be accepted into a Officer's academy to where her previous firearm training would land her in Afghanistan in a United States base that was being used as safe houses for United Nations. With the guidance of her calls and the placements that she planned, the terrorist bombing in 2017 of the United Nations base that happened Afghanistan could have ended much worse.

With this achievement, Bell recieved a Purple Heart from the United States government for protecting United States assets and recieved the honor of Chief of Security by the Prime Minister in 2020 in Canada. While it was a temporary position, Bell retired to be the Chief of the CSIS, Canadian Security Intelligence Service. She owns five blacklisted profiles that help her complete any type of spy networking, assassinations, public trust fund manipulation, data breaches, and anything else that may need to be started or protected.

Within three years, Bell has shut down two of the largest pedophilic rings that travels through Canada down to the United States where children are shipped through either Mexico to go to the Middle East or simply kept in the United States. She has forty seven confirmed kills by her own hand whilst holding the position and fourteen of them being from a firearm, the others were from militaristic torturing to get information, via electrocution, waterboarding, "burning rat", boiling alive, freezing, and insomniac preventive sleep drugs.

Due to her job and the intensity of it, tea is her go to drug, anything that helps calm the nerves. She smokes on occasion and drinks every now and again, meditation is a mandatory and melatonin to force her to go to sleep always helps. Currently, she is still working for the CSIS because she still wants to help others, even if she has to get her hands dirty, she serves her country with pride and for her cat named Snowball.
