Whats the worst part about loosing a lot of weight?

Last I checked i was 370 lbs (167.82 kg) and 5'10" (177.8 cm) that was 4 months ago and I've been loosing weight at an alarming rate my least favorite part is when I suck in my gut (which I used to not be able to do) it looks like a wrinkled old man nut but my least favorite is the constant hunger and pains alongside the light headed whenever I stand up not to mention the Charly horses Gods double ones hurt
