If you have trouble with sleep patterns and have the ability to do so i seriously recommend sleeping in a hammock outside, i got mine at Walmart, it’s a bigger two person one because im the weight of two people, but i haven’t woken up this early since I’ve been in school, waking up to the sun, birds chirping, and sometimes rain on the canopy above, feels so natural and relaxing
I can’t stress this enough but it works
