Harassment

First offense - Strike 1 (24 hours)

Second offense - 24-45 hour ban

Third offense - Permanent ban

Sexual Harassment

First offense - Permanent ban

ERP (Sexual Roleplay).

First offense - Permanent ban

Allowing ERP in a chatroom, but not actually doing it

First offense - Mod warning

Second offense - Strike 1 (24 hours)

Third offense - Permanent ban

Sexual content (explicit sexual jokes/ pictures).

First offense - Mod warning

Second offense - Strike 1 (12-24 hours)

Third case - Strike 2 (24 hours)

Forth offense - Strike 3 (24 - 48 hours)

Fifth offense - Permanent ban

Discrimination

First offense - Warning or Strike (depending on severity)

Second offense - 1st/2nd Strike (24 hours)

Third offense - 24 hour ban

Fifth offense - Permanent ban

Bullying

First offense - Mod warning

Second offense - Strike 1 (24 hours)

Third offense - Strike 2 (24 hours)

Fourth offense - 24 hour ban

Fifth offense - Permanent ban

Plagiarism

First offense - 24 hour ban

Second offense - Permanent ban

Scamming

First offense w/ refund - 24 hour ban

Second offense - Permanent ban

Spam

First offense - Mod warning (chain messages)

Second offense - Strike 2 (24 hours)

Third offense - 24 hour ban

Fourth offense - 48 hour ban

Fifth offense - Permanent ban

Unauthorized ment

First offense - Mod warning

Second offense - Strike 1 (24 hours)

Third offense - Permanent ban

General

First offense - Warning

Second offense - Warning

Third offense - Strike 1 (12 hours)

Fourth offense - Strike 2 (24 hours)

Fifth offense - 24 hour ban

Sixth offense - 48 hour ban

Seventh offense - 72 hour ban

Eighth offense - Permanent ban

Extra

*Note: The max amount of moderation actions and warnings you may receive is eight. Once you hit the eighth moderation action or warning, you will be permanently banned from Hells Asylum.

Please that our staff understands certain issues may be more severe than others which may result in a “skip” in violations. These skips in the punishment policy require a vote between the staff . Majority rules. Like all punishments carried out here
